Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Internships, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 34 years old
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or an equivalent qualification
- Not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than 12 consecutive months
- Not be studying full-time during the internship period
- Not have previously participated in the YES Programme
- Be willing to participate in Eskom’s recruitment and placement process
