Document Control

  • Handle signed documents from meetings
  • Update client records and registers
  • Scan and save documents
  • File paperwork correctly
  • Keep records up to date
  • Manage FICA documents

Client Support

  • Update contact lists every day
  • Help consultants with office tasks
  • Reply to client questions and direct them correctly
  • Help prepare communication packs
  • Support good client service
