Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Admin Clerk Production Jobs, applicants should have:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Experience in office administration will be an advantage

- Attend to clients through the helpdesk
- Handle telephonic and other enquiries received
- Receive and upload documents onto the claims management system
- Render general clerical support within claims management
- Liaise with external stakeholders regarding claims payment enquiries
- Verify that information on e-Tracker corresponds with the Mine Workers Benefit System
- Attend to allocated work tasks efficiently
- Monitor compensation applications to ensure required claim statuses are met
- Ensure compensation applications comply with required standards
- Support risk and audit management processes
- Prevent fraudulent applications and unnecessary query locks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
