  • Communicating shortages and operational challenges to management.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to support OTIF order fulfilment.
  • Processing and updating backlog reports.
  • Completing job-related administrative tasks.
  • Following warehouse processes and stock-control procedures.
  • Evaluating sales orders.
  • Checking the availability and location of spare parts.
  • Identifying shortages and prioritising outstanding parts.
  • Communicating with Procurement and Stores regarding shortages.
  • Coordinating priority parts through processes such as Quality Control and Painting.
  • Ensuring priority parts reach the spare-parts staging area.
  • Managing incoming spare parts according to production priorities.
  • Prioritising parts for projects, pumps and spare-parts requirements.
  • Supporting the Production Planner with planning and prioritisation activities.
