Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Frontshop Assistant Jobs, applicants should have:

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and neatly presented
  • Monitor stock expiry dates and remove outdated items
  • Restock merchandise to maximise sales opportunities
  • Handle customer out-of-stock queries efficiently
  • Maintain correct pricing, labelling, and product displays
  • Support stock rotation and stock control procedures
  • Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and storage
  • Process customer payments (cash, card, vouchers, coupons)
  • Handle exchanges and authorised returns
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and till procedures
  • Support stock counts and stocktaking activities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Report damaged, expired, or suspicious stock and behaviour
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in line with company policy
  • Assist in training new staff members when required
